Marie has been awarded a PhD in BioEngineering from the University of Liverpool (UK) (department of Electrical Engineering & Electronics). Her thesis was related to the behavior of microorganisms within microfluidic structures. She worked as a research engineer at AgroSup, Dijon within the team "Microbiological and Biotechnological processes" and she studied the behavior of Saccharomyces cerevisiae under osmotic stress. She is a co-author in international peer-reviews and she presented her work at international conferences.
Desiring to turn to IP, Marie graduated from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in 2014. After a first experience in an IP Firm in Paris, she joined Office Freylinger in October 2016 as patent engineer.
