Biography
Marylin obtained a Master Degree in Law and during her studies spent one year in the University of Birmingham, England. Furthermore, in 2012, she obtained a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law and Cultural Heritage in Strasbourg (CEIPI).
After having completed internships in law firms in Paris and Washington, she gained experience in several IP law firms in France specializing in trademarks and designs.
She joined the firm in 2016 and works in the trademark and design department.

- Trademark issues (availability search, preparation, filing and prosecution of applications, drafting of cease and desist letters, oppositions proceedings, monitoring of registration procedures)
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts in relation to Intellectual Property (trademarks, designs, software, copyrights, patents)
